Two Iran short films to compete at Hub filmfest

Two Iranian short films have been set to vie at the 1st edition of the Hub Film Festival in the US.

‘The Man Who Wasn’t Here' directed by Ata Mojabi and Kaveh Jahed’s ‘Samar’ are the two films to be screened at the American event.

The films are to compete with works from the US, Canada, Germany, France, Norway and Spain.

‘The Man Who Wasn’t Here’ is about a man who lives on a dark planet called Cinema where everything has turned into still frames. Now he wants to move around again as in a movie.

The 1st edition of Hub Film Festival will be held September 23-24, all in the US.
